Lil' Paddy's Pickle

Lil Paddy’s Pickle

Lil’ Paddy’s Pickle is a spicy Indian pickle made with love in Burnaby, British Columbia. Lil’ Paddy’s is available in three flavors: spicy eggplant, tangy apple & sweet mango. Our pickles are the perfect remedy for any bland meal and a staple for any household that appreciates spice! We’re bringing our triage of tasty indian pickles/achaar to the greater Vancouver area in markets, grocers, and restaurants near you.

Lil’ Paddy’s Pickle is an Indian achaar, the tangy but sweet (yet, spicy) staple condiment of India. Similar to a chutney, our pickles are cooked (not fermented) and go with just about everything!

TESTIMONIALS

"Paddy’s Eggplant Pickle is my first choice! It has the right balance of flavor and spice and is perfect with cheeses, meats, on sandwiches and as a topping on that boring rice dish. Actually, I would add it to anything… and I would bring it out at most dinner parties. A definite must.”

"Paddy's pickles packs a punch. It's a staple at every meal, and once opened, it usually lasts no longer than a week; only because it disappears into everyone's mouth whenever it's around. With complex flavors and a subtle yet fiery balance between them, Paddy's Pickles is one of the best gourmet condiment out there."
---Shin, HK

“Paddy’s pickle is a delight to the taste buds. A jar doesn't last more than two days in my house. We put it on toast, in sandwiches and as a condiment to rice dishes. This is my favorite pickle by a long shot. You have to give Paddy's Pickle a try. You won't be disappointed. I can hardly wait to have this on the shelves in Canada!!!!!”
---Stephanie, CA

“Whenever I have anyone over at my house I have to break out the pickle. But I feel torn, because it’s so good that I don’t want to share but at the same time I feel like I have this special thing to show people. It’s so delicious and I love eating it with wine and cheese.”
